1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sanvee Kreations website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Sanvee Kreations provides printing services including but not limited to visiting cards, pamphlets, letter heads, bill books, banners, and other print materials. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be paid in advance through wallet balance.
• Wallet can be recharged via Razorpay or Bank Transfer.
• Bank transfer recharges require admin approval before funds are credited.
• Prices are inclusive of printing cost. GST is calculated and shown separately.

4. File Upload & Design

• Customers must upload print-ready files in supported formats (PDF, CDR, JPEG in CMYK mode).
• We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided designs.
• File sizes must be as specified for each product.

5. Delivery

• Standard production time is 5-7 working days from file confirmation.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on order volume and location.
• Shipping charges may apply based on delivery address.

6. Cancellation & Refund

• Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Contact us immediately.
• Once printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to your wallet within 3-5 business days.

7. Quality

We strive for the highest quality in all prints. If you receive defective or incorrect prints, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for resolution.

8. Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
